The principal, Anita Luthra has consulted for over 10 years with financial institutions, insurance, telecommunications, government, and manufacturing companies.

She began her career as Director of Training, writing and negotiating contracts with companies such as GE, GE Aircraft, Lockheed Martin, Navistar, Central Soya, and Fort Wayne Community Schools. She became involved in application design and development while free-lance writing and teaching. Her interest in database development evolved into consulting and developing custom desktop and web based solutions. She has extensive expertise in systems architecture, n-tier web & database design and development.

Ms. Luthra earned an M.S. degree in Information Technology and Management from University of North Carolina, Greensboro and a B.A. degree in Communications with Minors in Business & Teaching.
